[#4885] fatal error when instaling module in version 1.6.2

Summary:
fatal error when instaling module in version 1.6.2
Detailed Description:
When I install module in version 1.6.2 I have recived message:

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class CGEcommerceBase in
/home/gsl55697/public_html/modules/CGEcommerceBase/CGEcommerceBase.module.php on
line 296".

The same I have with version 1.6.

Others modules: 
CGEcommerceBase is 1.0.1
Products 2.7.2


My version CMS MS is now 1.7.1. I cann add, that after this crash I can't do
nothing (admin area is not working). I thing the problem is with database
because hier are some filelds with module 'Cart' and 'Orders' (with module
'Orders' I have the same problem). Maybe solution is delete records in database
with 'Orders' and 'Cart'?

I have deleted all table in database and effect is the same - when I tray
install module Cart or Order I have the same error:
"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class CGEcommerceBase in
/home/gsl55697/public_html/modules/CGEcommerceBase/CGEcommerceBase.module.php on
line 296".
