1) When a user unsubscribes from one list, he gets automatically unsubscribed
from all lists;

2) When an existing user subscribes to an additional list, he does not get the
"subscription confirmed" email message;
(this may be related to issue #1)

3) (see Extensions>tag "subscribe") Subscribe subject is wrong! it is inverted
with the one of tag "Confirm subscribe" and vice-versa:

4) {listname} tag does not work in the body of email "Subscription Confirmed"

5) {username} tag does not work in  confirmation messages appearing on the
