[#4667] Edit All Day Event Problem

Edit All Day Event Problem
Detailed Description:
When editing an all day event, the end time is changed.

Add an event.
Enter an all day event (From Date: March 10 2010 with the "All Day:" box checked
and the "Specify a different end date? box unchecked.
The Events list correctly shows Start 03/10/2010 12:00:00 AM - End 03/10/2010
11:59:00 PM.
Edit the event.
The edit page shows an end date of March 10 2010 11:45 PM (using 12 hour clock)
and the "Specify a different end date?" box is checked. There is no "All day?"
box.

It’s possible to have a smarty snippet to correct the error? It would be nice to
have an all day event.

Workarround:
1. make your event and mark “all day”
2. save it and the event is from 0:00 to 23:59 (or 11:59)
3. open it again and deselect the “to-date”

NOW it is a REALLY all day event that the original template recognise.

PLEASE correct it.
