Installed Promotions via Module Manager.

Saving settings on Promotion Manager Setting tab does not save "Percent
Discount" and "Specify the dollar figure to remove from the order" preferences.
At least empty fields are displayed.

Trying to submit new promotion as described in help. This means entering Name
and new condition with type "Request a Coupon Code" and data "simplesale".
Pressing button "Add" clears all fields and nothing else happens. No condition
is created.

Trying to submit new promotion again but this time pressing button "Submit".
Following error is displayed:
