Detailed Description:
banners 2.3.2 + CGExtensions 1.17.4

changing the size of the banner in the banner list template has no effect. The
module still shows it with a size 450 x 68.

problem was first seen with version 2.3.1 Version 2.3.2 doesn't solve this
problem.
