[#4000] User can not clear / delete"image" with Checkbox

Summary:
User can not clear / delete"image" with Checkbox
Detailed Description:
Step 1) Create a user property for an image
Step 2) Add the property to a group (or a new group)
Step 3) create user for that group
Step 4) log in at the frontend, edit the user and upload an image
Step 5) hit "change my settings" and tick the "clear" checkbox, submit data
Step 6) go again to "change my settings".. Image is still there

The image can however be deleted as a loged in admin in the backend, when
editing the user and then ticking the "clear" checkbox.
