Summary:
Upgrade from previuos version to 1.4 failed
Detailed Description:
This is the second domain I'm trying to update from 1.0 to 1.4.
Upgrade fails with this error:

string(72) "Smarty error: unable to read resource:
"module_db_tpl:CGGoogleMaps;map_""

I have to reinstall module from scratch, and recreate manually all items( maps
and point) with data taken from db backup.

You can try yourself installing 1.0, creating a map, creating a dummy point and
then upgrade to 1.4

Wow I found that upgrading from 1.0 to 1.4 was not predicted!!!
method.upgrade.php

Infact there is only

  case '1.1':
...
  case '1.2':

Changing line 36 from
case '1.1':
to
case '1.0': case '1.1':

makes upgrade works
