Not sure if there's an userid associated with the submitted form, but users can
see other users forms (needs to be). It should be user seeing/edit only their
forms.

In admin, name of user who submit the form is not in the listing, so it's hard
to see who submit what. Only dates are available for viewing. When allow users
to edit is check, a bunch of stuff shows up when users view formbrowser:

not formbuilder - not formbrowser - not feusers - not nms - not protected pages
