The email notification is now one hard value. Either someone gets an email for
every question, or no email is send at all.

The possibility to specify an emailaddress per category. So every category has
an option to send a notification and an emailaddress where to send it to. This
way different admins can be assigned to different categories.

This isn't a bug, but a feature request, but I couldn't find here where to
submit that.
