Enhancement 1:
Including the use of the existing Q&A module parameters _asc and _desc I would
also like to specify a numeric order in which some records should appear ie.
order_asc and order_desc. In this way it is possible to order a series of
pre-written questions (and answers) in a specific sequence (i.e. like chapters
in a book etc). This could be achieved by adding an 'sort order' box on the
question form, in which records could be assigned a sort order number by
entering an number in the 'sort order' field etc.

Enhancement 2:
It would also be useful to sort alphabetically by 'Question' ie. question_asc,
question_desc so that the Q&A module can be used for a 'glossary of terms' or
dictionary. I have looked at the 'Glossary' module but it would be great to keep
the funtionality all in one module if I could.
