Summary:
LISE instance items not editable unless full admin
Detailed Description:
For user's that are not full administrators (i.e. Editor), with permission set
to be able to use FEAdminBar, the 'edit' icon will not display when viewing a
LISEInstance item from the frontend.

Switch to a full administrator, and it works just fine.
