[#12708] When having the "Display form inline" set to yes I always get 2 emails

Summary:
When having the "Display form inline" set to yes I always get 2 emails
Detailed Description:
It seems that if you set a form to Display form inline yes you'll get the 2
emails as well, seems related to http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/bug/view/12707
also when you set "Display form inline to no, hit save and return to the form
the dropdown will display yes again.
