[#12669] Database mode ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY not supported

Summary:
Database mode ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY not supported
Detailed Description:
From what I've seen last week MAMS doesn't support the Database mode
ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY

I ended up disabling this mode (which isn't trivial to in the CMSMS context as
far as I know).
At least enumerating MAMS groups is not compatible with ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY.

Though after hacking that MAMS still wasn't functioning properly. So guess more
queries are not compatible.

Thanks, that's one of the things that should be fixed next release.
