Summary:
Select DateTime field definition doesnt function correctly
Detailed Description:
The select date time dialogue box (calendar) doesnt work properly if the date
format is set to DD MM yy (I think it's the DD specifically that is actually
causing the issue). The console gives this error:
Uncaught TypeError: $.datepicker.log is not a function
