xt_isie not working
Detailed Description:
I had this for years in my base template, first as {cge_isie} then as {xt_isie}

{$is_ie = {xt_isie} scope=global}

It worked fine till I disabled CGExtensions

[01-Oct-2021 15:35:35 Australia/Brisbane] PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error:
Class 'Browser' not found in
/home/xxx/public_html/modules/CMSMSExt/lib/class.smarty_plugins.php:1177

When I enable CGExtensions again, the xt_isie function works again.
