Default Detail Page and Default Summary Page selector disappears from Options Tab in CGBlog Admin page
Detailed Description:
To recreate the issue:
1.) Assign a default detail page on the Options Tab
2.) Assign a default summary page on the Options Tab
3.) Delete the default detail page from the Content Manager
4.) Delete the default summary page from the Content Manager
5.) Go back to the CGBlog Options tab and observe that the page picker has
disappeared.
To fix it: Update the default_detail_page and default_summary_page in the
siteprefs table to content IDs of pages that exist.
