Detailed Description:
I get the error below when trying to upgrade.

Fatal error: 'continue' not in the 'loop' or 'switch' context in
/home/user/public_html/modules/CGBlog/lib/class.article_storage.php on line 139
Can not create symbolic link: GBlog-1.5tar\CGBlog-1.15\CGBlog\lib\#class
cgblog_utils.php

not enough permission.

(And the permission part, was on my computer), i've never had this issue before.
