Send an email to the user on edittempuser never works
Detailed Description:
The setting:

*Send an email to the user:
 (informs the user that their account has been adjusted

seems like it's being ignored. Either ticked or unticked, it never sends out an
email about any changes to these temp user. Tried with changes in username,
password, any extra user properties or when pushing a user to FEU.

Hi SIrs.

I use now cmsms 2.2.5 and SekfReg 1.12. and the send another E-Mail functions
NEVER finds the username! Whet ever i type in SelfReg does not find it and
states: user not found.

Hi Rob. Sorry. The send another email function does not work even after
upgrading to FEusers (2.8.1), SelfReg(1.13) & Cgextensions (1.59.1).
If you type in username (of person beeing in the user registration process
awaiting confirmation email)    into the lost email template on the site the
outcome is always: "notfound"

just fixed a notice in here... but the email was sent.
