Summary:
FEU exports dates in timestamp format but does not accept to import dates to this format
Detailed Description:
FEU exports dates in timestamp format but does not accept to import dates to
this format.
It wants dates in YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY/MM/DD format.

Anyway, it would seem more accurate to save, export and import dates only to the
international format as is done with user create and expires dates in
`cms_module_feusers_users`.

Just exported a bunch of users, modified the CSV file and imported.. all dates
were in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS format.
no problems encountered here.
