Image browser doesn't work when 2 MicroTiny instances are present
Detailed Description:
When 2 (or more) instances of MicroTiny are present on a page (e.g. when editing
a news item with a summary and a main content field), MicroTiny doesn't show the
file (image) browser icon  when clicking on the 'insert image' button in the
toolbar. Only for the second editor, the file selection button is shown (behind
the input field after 'source') in the 'Insert image dialog':

For MicroTiny, version 2.2 was used (according the the module.php-file)
