Fatal Error wrt orders / country list
Detailed Description:
Here is the whole error from the logs: Access level to
Orders::get_country_list() must be public (as in class CGExtensions) in
/modules/Orders/Orders.module.php on line 328

Not sure if it's a Orders or CGextensions bug, but the admin goes blank after
CGE upgrade to 1.56.

Tested with CMSMS 2.2.1 & 2.2.2. / Orders version 1.19.3
