Summary:
The "Flags" language switcher skips some languages on some pages
Detailed Description:
I can't figure out how the Flags language switcher is supposed to work. I have
two languages enabled on my website, and I've observed it do the following
- it shows both flags on most pages
- it hides current language flag on some pages via Javascript
- it skips the OTHER language flag on some pages

Am I missing something, or is this a bug? At first I thought this only happens
on pages with images, but it seems that even if I remove the images, the flags
don't reappear.
