[#11239] subcategory parameter seems to have no effect

Detailed Description:
Thank you for probably the most useful CMSMS mod there is!

I am trying to show category items and all their children in a kind of very
simple shop layout.

{LISEProducts category=$smarty.get.category subcategory="true"}

This, to my understanding, should show the items relating to the current
category, as well as the items from children categories, but it is only showing
the current category.

I can tell this because the category I'm looking at is 'Filters', which
currently has no direct items. The first child category is 'Spray Booth
Filters', which has three items, which do not show up.
