Detailed Description:
Hi all,

I think, this is a bug.  If "modify files" is set in the group-permissions of
CMSMS, the filemanager of CMSMS is enabled and all actions can taken here,
without restrictions. A complete folder could be deleted. TinyMCE allows
restrictions for its own filemanager, but that is not activated, when "Modify
files" is disabled. The user has no file access in this case.
