The upgrade was tested numerous times (including on a live site by other
individuals) before release. If you are experiencing problems I will need
precise steps to reproduce the problem on my server.

I think it's a Windows/Wamp error . Same thing for me - Windows 7 64 / Wamp 2.5
(php 5.5.12) on cmsms 2.1.3 - Rewriting url on during update- I desactivate it
in config.php after update but without any change.

On #2 you can see double \\ in the path.
I see "__DIR__" . Much too complicated for my little brain...
If it can help you ....

Was a problem with the upgrade routine. You should be able to go into design
manager and mark a template as default for that type.

Hi,
I had exactly the same problem. All my templates disappeared and were not copy.
I had to create new ones.
I am not on a Windows server.
