ECB complains about a missing CGExtensions 1.38
Detailed Description:
Ok, 
this one is something, where I don't know where to put the bug report. The error
occurs after updating CGExtensions to the latest version. (Which is
1.49.something)
ECB 1.6 requires CGExtensions 1.38, but it looks like GetDependencies fails to
find the newer version of CGExtensions. This probably is a problem of the core.
But a quicker fix is probably done in this module, so I report it here.
If you have good connections to the core team, you probably find a solution to
the more general approach also.
