Summary:
User can't log in after reseting password with special chars
Detailed Description:
After reseting the password using the lost-password-function and using a special
character like "!" the user can't log in with this new password - the system
states "wrong password".
Using special chars during registration (via SelfRegistration) and on the
settings-page works.
