Summary:
Add ability to update document date or automatically update when file is replaced
Detailed Description:
It would be nice to have the ability to modify date assigned to an upload or
maybe have the date updated if an upload is replaced with a new file.

I would like to second that. There should be a way to set/change the date
manually in the admin area. I’m using the Uploads module as “Downloads” module
where only admins upload files anyway. They should be able to arbitrarily set
the upload date.
