[#7990] use syntax highlighter for templates

use syntax highlighter for templates
Detailed Description:
when I install a syntax highlighter I can use it for system templates, css,
etc.. I've created a patch (based on revision 496) enabling AC to use syntax
highlighting, too. ONLY WORKS WITH ACEEDITOR GIT VERSION, WILL RELEASE THIS
WEEKEND!
