TSS will not work on CMSMS 1.10+
Detailed Description:
When listing modules, after FTPing TSS to modules folder, the following message
displays:
"Maximum CMSMS Version Supported = 1.9.9". 

CMS being used here is 1.10.3  "Hyacinthe"
