Insert/Edit Image Automatically constrain proportions on images
Detailed Description:
In TinyMCE when you inserted/edited an image, it automatically constrained the
image size when you changed the width or height. The new MicroTiny does not
allow this. Without this you have to calculate it  to change it and keep the
same ratio.
