Show Infowindow initially
Detailed Description:
Hello, 

I'd look to show the infowindow rightaway, so without having to hover over de
marker or click it.
In lower versions of this modules I could make it work with this expression in
the body tag:
onload="window.location.href = 'javascript:click_sidebar(0)';"

Unfortunately this does not work anymore.

How can I accmplish this?
