This module could become extremely useful if events could be optionally set to
be recurring, by implementing a recurrence pattern.

For example, the start/end dates would set the recurrence beginning and end
dates (the range)
The time would still set the time.
There would be a recurrence frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).
There would be a recurrence frequency filter (monday, tuesday...  1st, 2nd week
...)

In this manner Event Manager could handle Courses and Classes and other event
types (sports, meetings, shows etc) that tend to be repeating.
