Ability to add custom classes to input fields
Detailed Description:
As I'm working with the YAML 4 CSS framework  (http://www.yaml.de/) I would like
to be able to style my fields with that framework. Because of that I'ld like to
be able to add custom classes to input fields, lables and buttons. Would be nice
to have that possibility integrated into guestbook.
