Upgrade Fancybox to 1.3.4 (or more recent)
Detailed Description:
Fancybox 1.3.1 is currently included.
IE8 does not display atleast the close (X) and the "outside" title mode.
I've tested a manual upgrade to Fancybox 1.3.4, which fixes this issue.
