Add preference to only show active pages
Detailed Description:
In the SEO Tools alerts and the 'Page Settings' tab, all pages are displayed
whether active or not. It would be helpful to be able to filter on pages marked
as Active.
On the SEO Tools ->To Fix Immediately -> View All screen, when you click on a
link to view the page with problems, if it's inactive, an Error 404 Page Not
Found notice is displayed.
