Provide the ability for user's to bulk edit calendar events.

Example: A user has introduced a new category and wishes to retrospectively
assign existing events to it. The job would be a lot easier if the events in
question could be selected in the even list edited in bulk.

The edit screen could limit the visible fields to those that can apply to the
bulk edit; category, custom fields etc.
