Summary:
Track newsletter statistics
Detailed Description:
Add a TRACKER tag that can be included in newsletters.  When the letter is
opened, increment counters in the database so that %-read etc can be determined.

Something along the lines of what 'CreateSend.com' does but possible not as
complicated.

This would be a very nice feature. Can't wait to try your Fork out.

An additional thought on this FR would be to track who hasn't opened their other
emails so you can send them "reminders" or "ticklers"
