CGCalendar Type Calendar
Detailed Description:
It would be great if there was a simple CGCalendar type Calendar available in
Availability.

No interactivity (e.g. No day report links or booking links) are required with
the calendar I would like it to just show the correct date in the correct color.
I.e. White = Available, Blue = Booked, etc...

The calendar could then be alot smaller than the current choices and easier to
use for the client as it would like more like standard calendars.
