Summary:
Add ability to have default text specified in the email body
Detailed Description:
As part of the module preferences, would be nice to be able to specify certain
text that will be prefilled in the email.  Could be edited/deleted as needed,
but if there is a common email that needs to be sent (i.e. registration
confirmations), this would keep the user from needing to type the entire email
(or copy/paste) each time.  Just a convenience.
