char limit for indexing and search requests
Detailed Description:
I'd like to see a parameter in admin panel where I can specify the number of
chars they should be indexed. So it would be possible to filter short and
senseless entries from index.

And the same for frontend - user must input a specified number of chars and then
the request will be started.
