[#3309] Make the module name match the Admin menu name

Summary:
Make the module name match the Admin menu name
Detailed Description:
This module is named "Availability", but it shows up in the Admin menu as "Room
Manager".  Would suggest changing the name in the Admin menu to "Availability"
to reduce confusion.  Also, since this module can be used for more than just
rooms, "Availability" is a more generic label.

The label and appearance of the module us customizable in the settings.
