Summary:
Show activity or files exist in project list
Detailed Description:
When opening up the project list, it is not clear if the project is active or
just registered. I would like to see if it is worthwhile looking at the detail
of a project, only if there are files.
Another selection criteria could be to see the date last file upload (not sure
if that would be svn or release).
