Created/updated dates added to templates
Detailed Description:
It would be useful to be able to access a created/updated/both date in the
templates; something like $items[].date_created and $items[].date_added, for
both categories and items.

I have just seen that there is a $modifieddate variable available; perhaps this
should be included in the list of template variables, along with $category.
