Override WYSIWYG editor for text areas
Detailed Description:
It would be useful to have the option to choose whether user-created attributes
with the 'text area' option use the WYSIWYG editor as default.

Would be very useful!
If I insert a <p> in my template and the client inserts another one we have
nested paragraphs. For some users it takes a lot of training to learn to obbey
the rules of editing!
