Currently the detail view of an entry is by default done on the same page/in the
same place where the LISE instance is called (i. e. the calling tag is
replaced). If you want to have a different layout/template for a detail view you
have to specify an existing page. I find it unintuitive and redundant to create
a(n empty) page just for the purpose of displaying a detail view of an entry. It
would be nice if one could just specify a page template (that you create in
Design Manager) in the LISE instance tag, and it would display the detail view
in that page template without requiring an existing page. This separates the
display logic from the content. I hope it’s clear what I mean?
