Option to have LISE item show only 'active' categories in dropdown
Detailed Description:
get a LISE Instance item to only show 'active' categories in a category dropdown
when using the admin_edititem action

You commented: from what I could see in the code its not currently easily
possible, that will need some code changes

I presume it would need to be an option, to maintain compatibility with previous
functionality.

Absolutely, and with the new, already wip, API LISE is using, it will become
easier and easier to do these changes, now a bit more complex to accomplish.
I'll take a look at it ASAP, thanks
