Smarty in field options
Detailed Description:
In the fields such as Dropdown, jQuery Multiselect, and Multiselect, it would be
very useful if the options field could be a Smarty template. They could then be
populated by other LISE templates, Navigator templates with specific pages
available, and endless other uses.

Partially fixed in svn: there is a new custom field similar to CustomFromUDT,
called CustomFromSmarty that implements that feature. A few more custom fields
will have a similar feature down the road.
