Show item name in header when using multiple tabs
Detailed Description:
If you have fields in multiple tabs, once you're on any tab but the Add Item
one, there's no indication of which item you're editing. Perhaps the item name
could populate a header that shows above the tabs, or the item name field could
show at the top of every tab.
(this seems trivial but if you're creating lots of items from a list, it's easy
to forget which item you're working on)
