Detailed Description:
The $return_link variable in the details template is not available in the last
few versions of CGCalendar.

removed it from the template... the return_link stuff was buggy and impractical
given the various options of the calendar.  won't be re-enstated.

Is there a way to do a return link ?

The only way I found is to make a javascript history back, but not really good.

Other possibility ?
